My family stayed for 3 nights in a Suite Kaiserhof, and we loved the grand historic atmosphere! The breakfast was a real treat, with fresh fruits and eggs made to order that left our taste buds dancing. Plus, the location is ideal, just a short stroll to the Christmas Markets and all the sights. Complimentary Glühwein upon arrival? Yes, please!
Slight elevator quirks.

Historic charm and character, impressive architectural style, easy access to public transport
The absence of air conditioning can be uncomfortable in warmer months!!! Noise from nearby bars and restaurants can disrupt sleep!!! Cleaning services were inconsistent, such as towels not being adequately restocked during my stay!!!

The breakfast spread was absolutely divine, featuring delightful options that set a perfect tone for the day. I loved kicking back on the comfy chairs outside with a local beer, watching the bustle of the historic town. The hotel exudes charm with its classic decor and impeccable cleanliness, making it feel like an authentic gem in the heart of Nuremberg.
Now, the elevator was a bit of a character! If someone pressed a button at the same time, it played a funny little game of ‘let’s confuse you’ by only slightly opening the door. Most of the time, we enjoyed taking the stairs, though!

great hospitality but a quirky lift experience

The elevator was a bit unpredictable during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08great locationgenerous breakfastdisengaged staffworn facilitieschaotic check-in
The location near major transit makes it easy to explore with many dining options nearby. The traditional breakfast had a wonderful selection that stood out during my travels. Unfortunately, service felt lacking. check-in was chaotic, and staff seemed disengaged, which dampened the experience. Additionally, the hotel, while charming, showed signs of wear and tear that made for a less pleasant stay than anticipated.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the stunning castle and explored the vibrant market. Location is unbeatable, just a short walk to major attractions. The breakfast was a highlight with a delicious variety that kept us fueled for the day. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend it for any group looking for a fun getaway!
The elevator could be a bit quirky at times, which was slightly inconvenient, but we mostly took the stairs and it turned out to be a fun little exercise.

Luxurious suite with stunning old-world decor, and the bath was spacious enough for a couple's bubble bath! The location is perfect for exploring all the charming nearby attractions.
The elevator has a mind of its own—good luck if you press the button at the wrong time! I ended up getting my daily exercise via those charming stairs instead.

I stayed in the Superior Queen Room with City View for one night, and it was super comfy! The bath was spacious enough for two. They provided nice bath salts for a relaxing soak. The room had a charming vintage feel with beautiful antiques. The amazing views of Nürnberg made it even better. The champagne breakfast was a delightful start to the day. No complaints!
